a. From Merchants (Store Owners)
When you install and use the App, we may collect and process the following information:

Usage data: number of uploads & downloads, timestamps, and error logs (for diagnostics).
b. From Storefront Visitors (Your Customers)
Our app only interacts with customer data indirectly through the store’s cart pages (PDP).
We do not collect, process, or store any personal information about your store’s customers.
The app only generates and ingests files that include product data that is publicly available from your Shopify catalog.
3. How We Use the Information
We use the collected information to:

We may share minimal data with the following service providers, solely to support app functionality and operations:

Hosting & infrastructure service Gadget.dev – to store and deliver app content.
All third-party providers are vetted for compliance with GDPR and Shopify’s data protection requirements.
6. Merchant Rights
As a merchant, you have the right to:

7. Data Retention
We retain merchant data only for as long as it is necessary to provide our services. Configuration data and settings related to your store may remain in our systems for a limited time as part of our standard data management and backup procedures. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytical purposes only (non-identifiable).
8. International Data Transfers
If data is processed outside your country of residence, we ensure it is protected according to GDPR standards through appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
